Map one CRM value to multiple values on a multipicklist field as part of CRM field mapping
Last updated: August 31, 2026
Overview
Multiple cosell opportunity fields are typed multipicklist, including Sales Activities, Solution Offered and AWS Products. Field mapping has been able to map a CRM multipicklist field to them since April 2025, but value mapping stayed one to one: each CRM value could be given exactly one Clazar value. In the Map Picklist Field Values modal, the value column is now a multi-select for these fields, so one CRM value can be mapped to multiple Clazar values. The CRM field does not have to be multi-select: you can select a picklist field and map each of its values to multiple Clazar values as well.

Value it drives
Multi-select value column: In the Map Picklist Field Values modal, the column on the right now takes more than one value for each CRM value on the left. It is a multi-select on Clazar fields typed multipicklist.
Single-select CRM fields: The CRM field does not have to be multi-select. A Salesforce picklist, or a HubSpot enumeration that holds one value, can map that value to multiple Clazar values.
Deduplicated values: Mapped values are deduplicated. When more than one CRM value maps to the same Clazar value, that value is sent once.
How to get started
Open field mapping: Go to your Salesforce or HubSpot cosell integration and open the Field Mapping tab.
Open the value mapping: Find a multipicklist field, such as Sales Activities, and click Map on its row.

Select the values: For each value in the Salesforce Opportunity Field Value or HubSpot Deal Field Value column on the left, select one or more values in the column on the right, which is ACE Opportunity Field Value on AWS and Azure Opportunity Field Value on Azure.

Save: Click Ok.
Things to note
AWS cosell opportunity: Eight fields are multipicklist: Partner Need from AWS, Delivery Model, Sales Activities, AWS Products, Solution Offered, Marketing Activity Channel, Marketing Activity Use Case, and APN Programs.
Azure cosell opportunity: One field is multipicklist: Solution.
GCP cosell opportunity: No field is multipicklist, so every GCP field still takes one value per CRM value.
Custom properties: A custom property on the cosell opportunity created as Multi Select is multipicklist too, on all three clouds.
Other surfaces: Private offers, reseller offers, listings and contracts have no multipicklist fields, so their field mapping is unchanged.
Existing mappings: Value mappings saved before this change are carried over as they were. Each CRM value keeps the single value it was mapped to, and further values can be added to it.
