Track AWS Express Private Offers in Clazar

Overview

Express Private Offers turn the rate cards you configure into personalized private offers that buyers receive in minutes, automating your standard deals so your sales team can focus on the strategic ones. Clazar now supports them as a first-class offer type. Each express offer is identified the moment AWS publishes it and appears alongside your other private offers, so a channel that closes on its own stays fully tracked, filtered and reported with the rest of your pipeline. Express offers published before this release have been identified as well, so your reporting covers the full history.

Value it drives

  • Express Private Offer type: A dedicated Express Private Offer type is shown as a tag on the private offer detail page and in the CRM offers list.

  • Real-time visibility: An express offer is created in Clazar as soon as AWS publishes it, and its acceptance is recorded when the buyer accepts.

  • Filtering and reporting: Express offers can be filtered by offer type in the private offers list, the APIs and exports. The offer type is written back to Salesforce and HubSpot.

  • Lifecycle webhooks: Two webhook events, Express Private Offer Created and Express Private Offer Accepted, are available to subscribe to.

How to get started

  1. Find your express offers: Go to the Private Offers page, filter by offer type and select Express Private Offer.

  2. Open an offer: Open any express offer. The Express Private Offer type is visible in offer details section.

  3. Subscribe to the events: In the Svix portal, add the Express Private Offer Created and Express Private Offer Accepted event types to your webhook endpoint. An endpoint receives only the event types selected when it was created, so add these two to an existing endpoint. Workato recipes pick them up automatically, because each recipe creates its own endpoint.

Things to note

  • Enabling express offers: Express Private Offers are set up in AWS Partner Central, where you define rate cards and buyer qualification criteria. AWS supports them for SaaS Contract and SaaS Contract with Consumption Pricing listings.

  • Event delivery: The two express events are delivered by webhook. Slack and email notifications are not sent for them.

  • Contracts: A contract that originates from an express offer is recorded as a private offer contract.
