Download the official AWS Offer PDF for private offers

When you create a private offer on the AWS Marketplace Management Portal, AWS generates an official Offer PDF — the offer letter with the offer's details and the actual EULA document. Teams use it for internal reporting, auditing, and sharing with stakeholders. Until now, getting it meant logging into the AWS portal.

You can now download the AWS-issued Offer PDF directly from Clazar.

How it works

• Clazar automatically retrieves the Offer PDF from AWS when a private offer is created or updated, and keeps a copy ready for download. Your existing private offers are covered too.
• This is the exact PDF AWS generates — not a Clazar-produced replica — so it's suitable wherever the AWS system-of-record artifact is required.
• Because it's tied to the offer rather than the contract, it's available as soon as the offer exists — including for future-dated contracts, where the contract PDF isn't produced until the contract activates.

Where to find it

• Private Offers list: open the actions menu on any AWS private offer and select Download Offer PDF.
• CRM widget: the same Download Offer PDF action is available on AWS offers in the Clazar widget inside your CRM.

If the PDF for an offer is still being fetched, the action appears once it's ready.

What about Clazar's Contract PDF?

Nothing changes there. Clazar's Contract PDF remains available and carries much more data than the AWS Offer PDF — custom properties, revenue and disbursement details, associated CRM entities, and the contacts set up for email notifications. The AWS Offer PDF complements it as the official AWS-issued offer document.
