Ask AI is a chat assistant built into Clazar that answers questions about your marketplace business straight from your account's data. No filters to build, no exports to dig through. Ask about an expiring offer, last month's payouts, or the page you're on, and act on the answer without leaving the chat.
What can Ask AI answer?
Ask AI answers questions about any record in your Clazar account, your workspace configuration, and the page you're currently viewing.
Which records can Ask AI read?
Clazar's Ask AI reads private offers, contracts, co-sell pipeline, listings, reseller offers, metering, disbursements, companies, and contacts across AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces. Answers come from live records.
Questions you can ask:
"Which of my private offers expire in the next 30 days?"
"Show me co-sell opportunities in negotiation stage across all clouds."
"How much usage did we meter for <customer> last month?"
"Which disbursements landed this month, and from which contracts?"
Can Ask AI check my account's health?
Yes. Ask AI sees your records as well as how your workspace is set up. It can answer questions like:
"Are all my integrations connected and healthy?"
"Which marketplaces am I listed on?"
Does Ask AI know which page I'm on?
Yes. Ask AI reads the page and record you're viewing, so there are no IDs to paste. Open an opportunity and ask "summarize this."
Can Ask AI draft emails and summaries from my data?
Yes. Ask AI turns an answer into copy you can use. Two that come up often:
"Draft a follow-up email to the partner contact on this opportunity."
"Summarize this quarter's disbursements for my finance update."
Can Ask AI create or update co-sell opportunities?
Yes, you can create or update AWS co-sell opportunities right from the chat. Ask AI validates the details against AWS requirements first and always shows you exactly what will change — nothing happens without your confirmation.
Where does Ask AI pull answers from?
All answers come from your account's data, and only your account's data. If Ask AI can't find something, it says so.
How do I start using Ask AI in Clazar?
Click the spark button in the bottom-right corner of any page in Clazar
Start with a question you'd normally answer by filtering a list — or open any record and ask "summarize this"
Your conversations are saved, so you can return to any thread later. Long answers keep running if you navigate away or reload; your conversation picks up where it left off.
Remember, asking won't change anything in your data. When you do ask for a change, Ask AI shows you exactly what it's about to do and waits for your go-ahead.
