Link AWS Marketplace listings to AWS co-sell opportunities

Last updated: October 13, 2026

Overview

Until now, AWS co-sell opportunities in Clazar could only be linked to your AWS solutions. You can now also link your AWS Marketplace listings, just like in AWS Partner Central. Pick listings on the opportunity, or let them flow in from Salesforce or HubSpot.

Why it matters

  • Show AWS what you're selling: AWS sees which Marketplace listing each deal is for, so its sellers know exactly what to support and how the customer can buy.

  • Connect co-sell to Marketplace deals: Tie each opportunity to the listing it will close through, so pipeline and Marketplace sales tell one story.

  • No extra manual work: Listings come from your CRM or your defaults, so reps never have to open Partner Central to add them.

What's new

  • Listings on co-sell opportunities: Choose solutions, listings, both, or Other, the same options as AWS Partner Central.

  • Listings from your CRM: Map listings from Salesforce or HubSpot, or set a default, in the same section as solutions.

  • Always in sync: Auto-create and auto-update keep listings up to date as your CRM changes.

How to get started

  1. Link listings on an opportunity: Open an AWS co-sell opportunity, choose what to link in Solution and Listing Linking Type, then pick your listings.

  2. Map listings from your CRM: Go to Integrations, open Salesforce or HubSpot, then open the Co-Sell tab, AWS, and Field Mapping. In Solutions and Listings Offered, map AWS Marketplace Listings or set a Default Value.

  3. Keep listings in sync: In the same integration, open the Co-Sell tab, AWS, Settings, then Auto Update ACE Opportunities. Click Edit Fields and add AWS Marketplace Listings.

Things to note

  • You can link up to 10 solutions and 10 listings. Only listings that are live on AWS Marketplace can be linked.

  • Listings can be changed while an opportunity is in Draft or Approved.

  • Choosing Other removes any linked listings.
