Troubleshooting Login Issues in Clazar: Common Causes and Fixes

Context

When attempting to log into Clazar for the first time, you may encounter an error message stating "Your email is not whitelisted. Please ask a team member to invite you to the Clazar application."

Answer

This error occurs because Clazar requires users to be explicitly invited to access the platform. To resolve this:

  1. Request an invite from your organization's Clazar administrator or contact your Clazar account representative

  2. Note: If you need to invite users from external email domains (different from your organization's primary domain), the external domain must first be whitelisted by Clazar support. Contact your Clazar administrator or account representative to request domain whitelisting for external users.

  3. Once invited, you will receive an email invitation to join Clazar

  4. Accept the invitation from your email

  5. Navigate to app.clazar.io

  6. Log in using either:

    • Google SSO (Single Sign-On)

    • Microsoft SSO

    • Email and password

Important: Make sure you are logging in with your company email address that received the invitation, not a personal email account.

If you continue to experience issues after following these steps, contact your Clazar administrator to verify that:

  • Your email domain is properly configured for access

  • External domains have been whitelisted if you're trying to invite users from outside your organization
