Auto Create and Auto Update are Clazar automation features that help teams manage cloud co-sell opportunities in AWS ACE and Azure portals without manual intervention.
Auto Create automatically generates co-sell opportunities based on predefined criteria in your CRM.
Auto Update keeps CRM and cloud portal data in sync by pushing updates automatically.
⚙ How It Works
1. Auto Create
Runs once daily at 8:30 AM UTC to identify CRM records that meet your configured criteria and create matching opportunities in cloud portals.
2. Auto Update
Runs once daily at 9:30 AM UTC to synchronize updates — such as stage, amount, or close date — from CRM to cloud portals.
🔑 Enabling the Feature
The feature is available under Integrations > Salesforce/Hubspot > Co-sell > Settings

📝 Pre-Requisite
Field Mapping Setup
Map CRM fields to the corresponding cloud portal fields.
This can be done under Integrations > Salesforce/Hubspot > Co-sell > Field MappingsAuto Create Criteria Definition
Define selection logic using:Simple filters (e.g., Stage = X, Marketplace = Y)
SOQL queries for complex scenarios (only valid for Salesforce)

⚠ Limitations
Technical
Single Filter Restriction — Auto Create supports only one filter criteria; complex scenarios like renewals require workarounds.
Daily Schedule — Auto Create is not real-time.
Field Dependencies — Requires correct mapping and clean CRM data.
Operational
CRM Hygiene Required — Poor data quality can disrupt automation.
Error Handling — Example: “Target close date can not be in past” can cause Auto Update to fail.
