Content Changes

Content changes such as descriptions, highlights, logos, and support information can be implemented quickly, usually within 1-2 hours. These changes include:

• Product descriptions and highlights

• Company/product logos

• Support information

• Resource links

• Categories and keywords

• Demo request and private offer buttons (requires contact information for demo lead)

Pricing Changes

Pricing changes have more restrictions:

• AWS requires a 90-120 day cooling period between pricing changes on a listing

• You cannot remove pricing dimensions if there are active contracts using them

• For urgent pricing changes, consider creating a new listing instead of modifying an existing one

• Private offers can have different pricing dimensions than the public listing

Making Changes

To update your listing:

1. Document your desired changes in detail, including any required contact information (such as demo lead details for request buttons)

2. Submit the changes through one of these methods:

   • Share changes directly with the Clazar team

   • Create a draft listing in Clazar with the updated content

   • Provide a Google Doc with the changes

3. The Clazar team will implement the changes through the AWS Marketplace Management Portal (AMMP)

4. Content changes typically appear within 1-2 hours due to AWS caching
