The below guide provides a step-by-step process for porting AWS listing into Clazar. The process involves the AWS admin giving the Clazar support team the CAS and SDDS keys and completing the marketplace setup within the Clazar app.
Permissions Needed
AWS Admin of the Marketplace Account
Before we start the process, we need to check and confirm the status of the listing.
Check the Status of AWS Listing
Ensure the listing is live in the AMP portal as an AWS administrator. On AMPP, you can go to products on the top navigation, select SaaS, and then find the listing and its status, as shown in the screenshot below.
Please ensure you use the right AWS account that hosts your marketplace.
Step 1: SSDS Enrollment
Access the AWS S3, AWS KMS, and AWS SNS resources for CAS and SSDS from the provided link: AWS Marketplace Management
Copy the highlighted values and share them with the Clazar support team over Slack.
Step 2: CAS Enrollment
Check Enrollment Status
A banner will appear if you are not enrolled in CAS
If not enrolled, create an enrollment
Retrieve Required Information
IAM Roles:
Search for the MarketplaceCommerce Analytics Role
Copy the ARN from the top, as shown in the screenshot below
Policy Attached:
Copy the bucket name from the ARN after the three colons as shown in the screenshot below

Please share all three values with the Clazar support team over Slack.
The Clazar support team will save these values in the backend and give you the go-ahead to continue the marketplace setup on Clazar.
Marketplace Setup
After getting the go-ahead, go to the marketplace setup link in Clazar and complete the below steps:
Setup AWS Seller Account
You can check all the checkboxes and click Save/Finish. As you are already registered as a seller on AWS, no action is required.
Launch Stack
The Launch Stack button is in the Clazar Role and Access section. Click on it to launch the CloudFormation Stack, which will set up the necessary AWS resources within your AWS account.
Acknowledge the Stack Capabilities
Once you click on Launch Stack, you will be redirected to your AWS console. Before proceeding with creating the CloudFormation stack, it is essential to understand and acknowledge its capabilities.
By creating the CloudFormation stack, you acknowledge the following:
The stack will create and modify AWS resources in your AWS account.
The stack may include IAM roles, policies, and other permissions that grant access to your AWS resources.
The stack may execute custom scripts or code to configure and deploy resources.
Stack Creation
By acknowledging the capabilities of the CloudFormation stack, you can proceed with the creation process confidently. After clicking on the Create Stack button, the stack creation will commence.
Please note that the stack creation can take 2-5 minutes. Once complete, you can come back to the marketplace setup page and refresh, and you will see it as connected.
3. Commerce Analytics Service (CAS)
Open the Commerce Analytics Service (CAS) card on the marketplace set-up page, check the box "Enrolled in CAS and click on Test Configuration. The values have already been populated in the backend based on the keys you shared per the process described above. Once the test configuration is complete, it will show as connected, as seen in the screenshot below.
4. Seller Data Feed Delivery Service (SDDS)
Open the Seller Data Feed Delivery Service (SDDS) card on the marketplace set-up page, check the box Enrolled in SDDS and click on Test Configuration. The values have already been populated in the backend based on the keys you shared per the process described above. Once the test configuration is complete, it will show as connected, as seen in the screenshot below.
5. Additional Details
AWS wants to know if you use AWS for any of your infra purposes. You can add the AWS account ID, mention the details based on your usage, and click save. Please note this is only for their information purpose, and this does not affect your listing in any way.
