Public Listing Buyer Flow - AWS

Get a preview of how your buyers’ will interact with your listing, right from contract creation to registration. Here’s how you can leverage Clazar to experience and optimize your marketplace buyer journey: 

1. Go to Settings at the bottom left of your Clazar UI.

2. Go to Listings, select your marketplace, and select the listing you want from the complete catalog of your listings that will appear. On clicking, you will see your listing exactly as a buyer would on the marketplace.

3. To experience the buyer journey, click on View Purchase Options and fill in contract terms like contract period, renewal settings, and contract options (plans). Once you make the selections per your choice, you will notice that the total contract price is reflected accordingly. 

4. Go ahead and click on Create Contract and click the Pay Now button. This reflects a completed transaction.

Registration Flow: 

1. Once the contract is created, your buyers will be redirected to a Registration Page to complete account setup. This registration page is hosted on Clazar, but you can have the option to create a custom domain. The page can also be customized to reflect your brand identity to ensure that your customers have a seamless and non-disruptive experience. 

2. The registration form on the page has three mandatory fields (company name, customer name, and email address) and the option to add additional custom fields in text or dropdown formats per your requirement.

3. You can also configure the post-form fill acknowledgment message on Clazar and redirect registrants to your website homepage.

4. You can test out the page by filling out the form and making amendments in Clazar based on your observations.
