Report Types

A report type defines the set of records and fields available to a report based on the relationships between a primary object and its related objects.

Prerequisites

  • Clazar Salesforce App Version 1.45 or later.

  • In the Clazar App, Salesforce should be connected to the instance.


1. Opportunities with AWS Co-Sell Opportunities

The “Opportunities with AWS Co-Sell Opportunities” report type allows users to generate reports that combine AWS Co-Sell Opportunities with standard Salesforce Opportunities. This report type provides insights and the status of Co-Sell opportunities with AWS.


Use Cases

  • Track the progress of AWS co-sell opportunities.

  • Analyze the success rate of AWS-related opportunities.

  • Monitor revenue generated from AWS co-sell opportunities.


How to Create a Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports Tab: Go to the Reports tab in Salesforce.

  2. Create New Report: Click on the “New Report” button.

  3. Select Report Type: Choose “Opportunities with AWS Co-Sell Opportunities” from the list of available report types inside the Opportunity category.

  4. Configure Report: Add filters, groupings, and columns to customize your report.

  5. Save and Run Report: Save your report and run it to view the results.


Example Report

  • Report Name: AWS Co-Sell Estimated MRR Trends

  • Filters:

    • Close Date = Last Quarter,

    • Stage = Closed Won

  • Columns: Opportunity Name, Account Name, Amount, Close Date, AWS Partner


How to Create a Chart

  • Run the Report: Ensure you have the desired report results.

  • Add Chart: Click on the “Add Chart” button.

  • Select Chart Type: Choose a chart type (e.g., Bar Chart, Pie Chart, Line Chart) that best represents your data.

  • Configure Chart: Set the X-axis, Y-axis, and other settings based on your report data.

  • Save Chart: Save the chart to be included in your report and dashboards.

  • Chart Type: Bar Chart

  • X-axis: Close Date

  • Y-axis: Amount

  • Group By: AWS Partner


2. Opportunities with Azure Co-Sell Opportunities

The “Opportunities with Azure Co-Sell Opportunities” report type enables users to create reports that combine Azure Co-Sell Opportunities with standard Salesforce Opportunities. This report type helps in analyzing the performance and status of Co-Sell opportunities with Azure.


Use Cases

  • Evaluate the progress of Azure co-sell opportunities.

  • Determine the success rate of Azure-related opportunities.

  • Track revenue generated from Azure co-sell opportunities.


How to Create a Report

  1. Navigate to the Reports Tab: Go to the Reports tab in Salesforce.

3. Opportunities with Clazar Co-Sell Opportunities

The “Opportunities with Clazar Co-Sell Opportunities” report type allows users to generate reports that combine Clazar CoSell Opportunities with standard Salesforce Opportunities. This report type provides insights into the performance and status of co-sell opportunities with Clazar.
